List of safety warnings for glasses and cups based on the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR):
1. Risk of cuts:
* Be careful of sharp edges and scratches, especially after damage. * Do not use damaged glasses or cups.
2. Risk of breakage:
* Glasses and cups are fragile and can break, causing injuries. * Handle glassware with care, especially during washing and storage.
3. Stability:
* Make sure that glasses and cups stand stably to prevent tipping and spilling of contents. * Do not place glasses on the edges of tables or other unstable surfaces.
4. Cleaning:
* Wash glasses and cups gently using mild detergents and a soft sponge. * Avoid sudden changes in temperature during washing to prevent the glass from cracking. * Some glasses and cups may not be suitable for washing in the dishwasher. Check the manufacturer's recommendations.
5. Use:
* Use glasses and cups for their intended purpose (e.g. for drinks). * Do not use damaged glasses or cups. * Keep glassware out of the reach of children.
